The Blessing of God is multi faceted:

Divine provision and Divine preservation-to  be blessed by God is to be preserved by God. Proverbs 10:22, Gen 9:2.

To be blessed means you are not at the mercies of the Devil.

Examples: Noah, Isaac Gen 26:12, Joseph Gen 37:28 (Joseph was sold for 20 pieces of Silver yet he was preserved )

How Does the Blessing Preserve?

1.  It positions the blessed in the place of dominion
2. The blessing establishes the  terror of God around the life of the blessed. 
3. The blessing establish the help of divine, protection on the life of the blessed example Job
4. The Blessings establish the rebuke of the Lord against the enemy over the life of the blessed.

Gen 1:28, Gen 9: 1 &2, Gen 35:5
The terror of the Lord wet with Jacob that the people in the cities could not pursue him as they did to other kings because of the blessing on his life

Keys to the blessing

1. Psalms 5:12 The Blessing is for upright and Godly living Job 1:1
2. Exodus23:25 Kingdom Service: Serve the Lord and he shall bless you; your service to God is directly proportional to your blessing

You will not need to beg God  to bless you if he is not begging you to serve him. The most effective service is that of soul winning.

The juncture of adversity is the juncture of opportunity and divine appointment. Take advantage of that juncture the adversity opportunity juncture. it does not matter how Good you are, know that there is something better.
